Weakness of the Muslims

So my friends, Muslims have their own celebrations but because our education is not ours anymore, our media is not ours and as a result of the environments of which our children are now becoming a part, their thinking is not theirs any longer, and parents too do not give them that atmosphere at homes where their roots of Emaan would have strengthened, they would acquire a sense of religious honour and they would be able to discern as to what are our traditions, what really are our festivals, and what are our celebrations.

MUSLIM WOMEN GOING TO COLLEGE

The one and only purpose for which Allah has created us and sent us here for a temporary stay on earth is for His Ibaadat. The Quran states: “I have not created jinn and man, but that they render Ibaadat to Me”.

HOW SUCCESSFUL IS YOUR CHILD IN HIS DEENI EDUCATION?

(The following is the text of a speech that was delivered by Shaykh Muhammed Saleem Dhorat in Urdu.)

As the Holy Month of Ramadhaan comes to an end, the minds of all those who have some connection with a Madrasah either as students or tutors, will automatically turn towards their respective institutes. Parents and children will become mentally prepared for the forthcoming terms of education and will be concerned about the possible requirements, whereas the tutors will focus on making their own preparations for the coming year. Furthermore, the staff and principals of these institutions will be engaged in their own consultations and meetings to
plan for the commencement of the new term.

The Power of Propaganda

The cleverest advocate of “Falsehood” was Goebbels, who spoke the Truth when he said that if “falsehood” is spread with full force the world starts taking it as the “truth”. Our modernists have also been following Goebbels’ adage so much so that even some of the very learned and balanced of mind people regard this slogan as true while it is just a false blame, cunningly produced by propaganda machines of modern time.

The Education of Women

The  Education of Women

After knowing the Hadith, “Seeking of knowledge is compulsory on every Muslim male and female”, and other texts which make the acquisition of knowledge compulsory on both males and females, there remains no need to write a special article on this subject. Moreso because this subject was touched on in the journal “al-Qasim” volumes one and two. But because of a few incidents and peculiarities (which are connected more to the condition of Indian women) and which are witnessed quite often, it is necessary to write a special and detailed article on this subject, and is therefore being repeated.
