The Prophet (SallAllahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) would offer a Sajdah when during recitation of QURAAN he would come to an ayah where a sajdah is indicated. He would say takbeer and then make prostration. [Za’d -ul- Ma’ad]
Sajdatut – tilawah is wajib
The manner of offering sajdah during recitation is to say Allah-u-Akbar without raising the hands, offer sajdah during which [Subhan-e-Rabbiyal’ala] should be recited three times and then the head should be raised. Note: The pre-requisites for sajdah during recitation are the same as for Salaah i.e. (ablution), neat and clean place, cleanliness of body and dress and facing the Qiblah. [Bahishti Zewar]
(1) Whatever impurity is excreted either from the front or back makes it imperative to cleanse the affected part i.e. to perform ISTINJA.
(2) If the impurity has not spread on the sides of the affected part and water is either not available at all or is not sufficient for ISTINJA, then it is permissible to wipe the affected part clean with stones or earth until all the impurity has been removed and the body

Many of those entrapped in this evil habit feel a strong urge to practice it when they retire and prepare to sleep, especially after having eaten excessively. Therefore, it is necessary that such youth should not retire to bed unless there is a real need to sleep. They should sleep in the state of tahârah on their right-hand sides. The du’as for sleeping which are reported from Nabi (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) should be read. The Most Important Practice Of The 10th ZilHijja
Other than Ihram there are only two fundamentals and Fardh obligations of Hajj. The First is Waqof-e-Arafat and the 2nd is Tawaf-e-Ziyarat of 10th Zilhijja. Your body must be clean and your clothes must be clean and free of najas. Meaning you must both be in wudhu and there must be no physical signs of impurity on your body or your clothes. In addition the place that you will be praying on must be free of najas.
