رَبِّ أَنزِلْنِي مُنْزَلاً مُبَارَكاً وَأَنْتَ خَيْرُ الْمُنزِلِينَ
My Lord, make me land a blessed landing, and You are the best of those who bring (someone) to land. (23:29)
Significance: A person who recites the above verse on entering any town, city or village, his stay in such a place will lnsha Allah be pleasant one.
اللَّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ وَأَنزَلَ مِنْ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَأَخْرَجَ بِهِ مِنْ الثَّمَرَاتِ رِزْقاً لَكُمْ وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمْ الْفُلْكَ لِتَجْرِيَ فِي الْبَحْرِ بِأَمْرِهِ وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمْ الأَنهَارَ
وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمْ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ دَائِبَيْنِ وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمْ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ
وَآتَاكُمْ مِنْ كُلِّ مَا سَأَلْتُمُوهُ وَإِنْ تَعُدُّوا نِعْمَةَ اللَّهِ لا تُحْصُوهَا إِنَّ الإِنسَانَ لَظَلُومٌ كَفَّارٌ
Allah is the One who created the heavens and the earth and sent down water from the sky, then brought forth with it sustenance for you from the produce, and subjugated for you the ships, so that they may sail in the sea with His command, and subjugated for you the rivers; Read more... فَاللَّهُ خَيْرٌ حَافِظًا وَهُوَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ
Well, Allah is the best guardian, and He is the Most-Merciful of all the merciful. (12:64)
Significance: Anyone who is terrified of his enemy or fears the approach of a calamity, should recite the above verse excessively. His fears will disappear and any possible calamity will be averted lnsha Allah.
If anyone recites Aayatul Kursi (2:255) once after every prayer, Allah will protect him against the mischief of evil men and Jinn. In fact, according to a Hadith, Satan acknowledged his inability to harm a person who recites Aayatul Kursi continuously.
If the last two Surah of the Holy Quraan, viz Suratul-Falaq (113) and Suratul-Naas (114) are recited for protection against sickness, sorcery (Jaadoo), Nazar etc. one should find it very beneficial. If anyone recites them before going to his bed, he will afford security and protection against all calamities.
وَأَصْلِحْ لِي فِي ذُرِّيَّتِي إِنِّي تُبْتُ إِلَيْكَ وَإِنِّي مِنْ الْمُسْلِمِينَ
And set righteousness, for my sake, in my progeny. Of course, I repent to you, and truly I am one of those who submit to You. (46:15)
Significance: A person whose children are disobedient, he should recite the above verse after each prayer. They will lnsha Allah soon become obedient.
Al- Kareem (The Generous one)
In order for people to honour a person and hold him in high esteem, he should recite the above excessively at bed time.
Al- Wali (The polieting Friend)
Significance: The recitation of the above excessively by the husband will cause the wife and him both to love one another lnsha Allah.
فَسَتَذْكُرُونَ مَا أَقُولُ لَكُمْ وَأُفَوِّضُ أَمْرِي إِلَى اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَصِيرٌ بِالْعِبَادِ
Soon you will remember what I am saying to you. And I entrust my matter with Allah. Surely, Allah has all (His) servants in sight. (40: 44)
Significance: Anyone who recites the above mentioned verse in the presence of the oppressor, he will be safeguarded from his oppression.

A person who recites the coming verse thrice and then blows on himself. After doing this, he goes before the person endowed with power (Such as a chief or Judge etc.), he will display much sympathy and leniency by the Grace of Allah.
كَمْ آتَيْنَاهُمْ مِنْ آيَةٍ بَيِّنَةٍ وَمَنْ يُبَدِّلْ نِعْمَةَ اللَّهِ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَتْهُ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ (2:211)
how many a clear sign We have given to them; and whoever changes the blessing of Allah after it has come to him, then Allah is severe in punishment.

قُلْ اللَّهُمَّ مَالِكَ الْمُلْكِ تُؤْتِي الْمُلْكَ مَنْ تَشَاءُ وَتَنْزِعُ الْمُلْكَ مِمَّنْ تَشَاءُ وَتُعِزُّ مَنْ تَشَاءُ وَتُذِلُّ مَنْ تَشَاءُ بِيَدِكَ الْخَيْرُ إِنَّكَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ (3:26)
Say: “O Allah, O Lord of the Kingdom, You give kingdom to whom You will, and take kingdom away from whom You will; and You bestow honor on whom You will, and bring disgrace to whom You will. In your hand lies the betterment (of everyone). You are surely powerful over everything.
Significance: Recite the above verse 7 times after Fajr and Maghrib Salaah each, Allah will make means for debts to be settled and fulfilled.
